THE BOLT HOLE

The Bolt Hole is tucked away amongst the trees, on a quiet lane which runs along the clifftop, known as 'Cliffside'.

The caravan offers comfortable accommodation, with views of St Audries Beach from the living room, and a lovely view of the Waterfall, from the bedroom and deck.

We have a very pretty, fully enclosed private garden with a sunny patio area as well as a fabulous raised decking area which is a fantastic place to sit in the evening and watch the sun go down behind the waterfall - as we get some spectacular sunsets here !

Inside, you will find an open plan living and dining area with built in seating and a fully equipped modern kitchen.  The caravan will easily sleep 3 people, or 4 if 2 adults and 2 young children as there is 1 double bedroom and 1 room which can be a single or twin, a shower room and toilet.

We also have a private parking space just by the decking area.

After a particularly difficult 18 months, this break has been amazing.  The location is perfect for walking and relaxing, the caravan ideally cozy for me and the dog !  We will definitely come back again in the Spring as there is so much more to explore.

Thanks for the last minute booking and all the pre-information Sara.  A lovely van in a superb location.  One of the most picturesque and well appointed sites we have experienced.  Great walking for our energetic collie on St Audries beach and others nearby.  Also within easy reach of North Hill walks above Minehead.  The sunny and mild November weather added greatly to the enjoyment !

The Bolt Hole

Myself and my family had a fabulous time at Sara's caravan.  Sara is a fantastic host, communication was excellent and The Bolt Hole itself has everything you need.  We most definitely felt right at home pretty much instantly.  The location is superb, we explored many of the local beaches on foot and on our bikes and ventured a bit further in the car - whatever we did/wherever we went, The Bolt Hole proving to be an excellent base for us.  The site is quiet, whilst very friendly.  Overall, I'm so plase we booked this hidden little gem.  Would definitely recommendand will definitely visit again Xx

Well, what can I say.  Sara has been a great host from the start - helpful, efficient and super friendly.  Snack shack open on arrival was great as arrived late.  Beach was great, then Dunster Castle. Rain the following day so a roast at The Windmill - super friendly too - with a dog walk around the stones at the top of the site.

Thoroughly relaxing, 1st mini break since pandemic - and we both said we would return.

Not enough time and so much to see and do.

The Bolt Hole

This was our second stay at The Bolt Hole and we have really enjoyed ourselves.  Sara is such a warm and welcoming host - her love for the area and her knowledge radiates through the caravan.  We did some stand-up paddle boarding at Wimbleball lake and had an amazing carvery at The Windmill Inn and went on lots of nature walks.  We absolutely love it here and will be back.

Sara truly maes it an effortless and stree-free get-away !
